Fonson Trucking Division
Fonson has a large well maintained fleet of gravel trains, lowboys, and dump trucks. The trucking division plays an key role keeping material in front of our crews and keeping our jobs moving. We are proud of our skilled and dedicated group of drivers that keep these trucks moving safely and productively every day. In addition to hauling thousands of tons of aggregate, dirt, broken pavement, and other bulk materials our trucks also move heavy equipment of all shapes and sizes. Our lowboys allow us to have the right piece of equipment at the right place at the right time. Our trucks typically operate within 100 miles of our shop in Brighton.
When our trucks are not busy hauling material and equipment for our crews we will take on outside work. Fonson trucks can be hired to haul for your project by the day or to deliver materials and equipment by the load. We operate several types of trucks including steel and aluminum gravel trains, steel leads, triaxle dump truck, 3 axle lowboy, and 4 axle lowboy. Our lowboys are permitted for oversize loads and are able to move equipment weighing up to 80,000 lbs.
