Fonson Inc. has been a full service heavy construction company for over forty years. Services we provide include site development, earthmoving, road building, sewer and water construction, trucking, sand and gravel processing, and concrete recycling. Our present and prior work includes state, county and municipal road and sewer work, new subdivision construction, and commercial and industrial site development.

Fonson Inc. is pre-qualified with the State of Michigan Department of Transportation for grading and drainage work, aggregate construction, production of aggregates, building moving and demolition, sodding and seeding, water mains, sewers, and clearing and grubbing, with a financial rating of $20,404,000.00. We are fully insured and have a bonding capacity of $20,000,000.00.

We are also members of the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA), Construction Association of Michigan (CAM), and the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA). We have worked for owners such as the Michigan Department of Transportation, City of Ann Arbor, Livingston County Road Commission, Brighton School District, and many other public agencies and private developers. The majority of our work has been in southeastern Michigan and our best spokesmen are our customers.
